The much-anticipated Hokuto Musō: Fist of the North Star is finally out in Japan.

While PS3 gamers across America, Europe and Asia basked in the warm bloody sunshine of Kratos last March, one part of Asia begged to differ from everyone else. In the Game Sales Chart for the week of March 22nd to 28th, God of War 3 got only a modest no.6.

Got you thinking which five games could be on top of Kratos and his last god-killing outings?

Well, it's an assorted group comprising Pokemon, Mario Bros, Yakuzas, and topping them off, Kenshiro and his Fist of the North Star.

01. Fist of the North Star (PS3) - 385,000 / NEW
02. Yakuza 4 (PS3) - 83,000 / 467,000
03. Pokemon Ranger: Hikari no Kiseki (DS) - 51,000 / 327,000
04. New Super Mario Bros. Wii (Wii) - 51,000 / 3,575,000
05. Tomodachi Collection (DS) - 44,000 / 3,032,000
06. God of War III (PS3) - 43,000 / NEW

With the PS3 enjoying far superior sales than all other platforms in Japan and KOEI's Musou series enjoying immense popularity in the land of the rising sun, it is only right that the PS3 version of the game sold much better than its Xbox 360 port.

We had earlier released several high resolution character art for the game. Here's more.
