RoboCop Redesigned?

Amidst the recent 80s remake craze, is an updated version of RoboCop on its way?

With the status of the RoboCop remake by acclaimed director Darren Aronofsky remaining up in the air, here's a little something to console the RoboCop fans.

Jason Hazelroth, the freelance concept artist at Pandemic Studio whose recent works include Electronic Arts and Pandemic Studio's The Saboteur, have been working on a RoboCop redesign since 2008. While these are some nifty stuffs, I'm too much of a fan for the original to endorse them.
