Portal 2 Teaser Trailer - E3 2010

"I think we can put our differences behind us. For science. You monster."

And with that, GLaDOS (Genetic Lifeform and Disk Operating System) confirms the fear of many players who braved through 2007's critically acclaimed first-person action/puzzle video game, Portal, to escape her malevolent clutches: GLaDOS is "still alive", despite her apparent destruction at the end of Portal.

An artificially intelligent computer system that served to guide and aid Chell, the game's protagonist, through the numerous puzzle-filled chambers and levels, GLaDOS gradually displayed "her" dark, evil side, as her words and actions became increasingly malicious, and she makes multiple attempts to kill Chell. Consistently voted as one of the all-time best villain in gaming history, GLaDOs is a evil villain by design. Thanks to the marvelous voice-acting by Ellen McLain, the evil A.I. were further cemented in the "Hall of Fame of Videogames Villains" (If there ever was one)with her eerily cold voice.

In Portal 2, GLaDOs, despite her very good-natured speech in the trailer, will continue her torment of Chell as the game takes place once again in the Aperture Science Labs, abandoned since the last installment.

Check out the Teaser Trailer that was unveiled earlier in E3.
