Inception Explained! (By Michael Caine)

Posted by Grey Saturday, October 2, 2010

Yeah, we have had our shot. And now Sir Michael Caine, himself part of the ensemble cast of the film Inception, has weighed in with his own explanation on the much-debated ending.

In an interview on The Chris Moyles Show on BBC Radio, Caine talked about his new book, and more importantly, his take on the much-debated ending of Inception.

In summary, the ending isn't a dream (within a dream within a dream within a dream...)... according to the man. Well, that's one hell of a way to further intensify already heated debates.

"[The spinning top] drops at the end, that's when I come back on," Caine explained. "If I'm there it's real, because I'm never in the dream. I'm the guy who invented the dream."
