L.A. Noire Naked City

Set in "a perfectly re-created Los Angeles" of the late 1940s, players can expect many mysteries and case, but apparently there's one case that you can only experience if you preorder the game through GameStop.

Rockstar and Team Bondi have recently announced several exclusive contents package for those who preorders L.A. Noire, an innovative take on the sandbox gameplay, deeply rooted in the stark black and white elements of film noir.

In "The Naked City", Detective Cole Phelps, the protagonist of the game voiced by TV's "Mad Men"'s Aaron Staton, investigates the case of an apparent suicide of a fashion model. In addition, the package also contains the "Badge Pursuit Challenge", where player is tasked with finding 20 police badges scattered in the city. Completion of the task will reward player with the around Los Angeles for players to collect in exchange for fabulous prizes.

It also contains the 'Badge Pursuit Challenge' where the player is tasked with finding 20 police badges hidden in the city. Upon completing the task the player is rewarded with the 'Button Man' suit; an in-game piece of clothing that allows the player to carry extra ammo. Additionally, each badge will add 5 XP points to the player's abilities, helping player to to unlock Intuition Points, a key credential in the title that will aid in the investigation in the game.

While these contents are reportedly exclusive to GameStop now, expect this one to be released to all sooner than you might think.

L.A. Noire will be released on May 17th to the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
