Reimagining The X-Men: Low Class Posters

Posted by Grey Sunday, March 27, 2011

Remember the new low X-Men: FIrst Class reached in its promotional department that we mentioned earlier? See how trash gets reimagined into something nifty, and for some, awesome.

While we absolutely understood director Matthew Vaughn's constant annoyance of being upstaged by the deplorably awful Photoshop skills of Fox's marketing department (the half-ass Photoshop unveiling was a harbinger of the atrocity to come), we absolutely abhor the two resoundingly dreadful posters recently released.

Ever the watchful guardian of all things Sci-Fi, iO9 has initiated a campaign to transform these detestable trash into works of art as they called on readers to redesign the posters.

Not entirely surprising, the response are astounding. From parody, straight-up mockery, to genuine brilliant pieces, check out some of these cool redesigns. Do head over to the iO9 page for more cool redesigns.

And this last two are way cooler than the original can ever dream to be.
