NeverDead Trailer & Gameplay Clip: E3 2011

Rocking a cool soundtrack by Megadeth, check out the latest trailer of Konami and Rebellion Developments's NeverDead, as well as a lengthy gameplay sequence of the title.

Since its initial announcement during last year's E3, we have last seen glimpses of Konami and Rebellion Developments's NeverDead at both the following Gamescom and Tokyo Game Show. But never have we had a sneak peek as comprehensive as this one that was recently released at this year's E3.

We certainly knew ahead that this is going to be one quirky title, but little did we know about the actual quirkiness of the gameplay.

Not only can player tear up protagonist Bryce Boltzmann's arm to play catch with monstrous puppies, they can also choose to detonate them or auto-regenerate them back at will. And to add to the tongue-in-cheek gamplay, player can even tear up Bryce's head while screaming "FTW" as the head goes airborne into the sky.

This could just be a lot of fun if there are innovation in terms of how this game mechanics are being applied. For those in for a cool cinematic trailer with a real killer soundtrack, hit the jump to check out the official E3 trailer.
