Brace yourself for an amazing display of stop motion graphic love!

In this awesome collaboration by Brazilian plastic footwear maker Melissa and 3M, 350,000 Post-Its (of which 30,000 were marked with notes of love from the local residents of São Paulo) were utilized for an exhilarating display of graphic awesomeness.

Hit the jump to check out the cool time-lapse video that took five months to complete.

Created to inaugurate the launch of Melissa Power of Love, a new shoe collection by Melissa Gallery, twenty-five animators, in the course of five months, utilized 350,000 Post-Its to complete a massive mural on the front of the Melissa Gallery building with the help of the local people who were invited to scribble messages of love on 30,000 of the said Post-Its.

If you happen to be in São Paulo, Brazil, head down to Melissa's São Paulo flagship store, Galeria Melissa, to check out the exhibition.

Cry all you want over the total amount of papers wasted in this graphic display, treehuggers.
