Nathan Drake's first portable adventure gets a new trailer.

While the PlayStation Vita is still in general impressive and brimming with potential for greatness, there is no doubt that the most intriguing title from the upcoming portable.

Developed by SCE Bend Studio with supervision by Naughty Dog, Uncharted: Golden Abyss was first announced alongside the announcement of the PlayStation Vita (then known as NGP) back in January. Set before the events of the first game, Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, voice-actor Nolan North reprises his role of Nathan Drake with Christine Laken and Jason Spisak joining the series as new characters Marisa Chase and Jason Dante, respectively.

Here's the official synopsis of the prequel:

Uncover the dark secret behind the massacre of a Spanish expedition to Central America 400 years ago.

Join Nathan Drake on an epic journey through undiscovered lands as he makes his debut on PS Vita.

Utilize all the intuitive controls of PS Vita to jump, swing, slide and traverse through a cinematic adventure displayed in amazing detail on the stunning OLED screen.
Complete deadly missions using either the dual analog sticks and buttons or the PS Vita system's interactive control features to best complement your playing style.
