WATCH Balrog: Behind the Glory

Posted by Grey Sunday, August 14, 2011

Witness the never-before-seen life and times of Street Fighter's beloved boxer in Balrog: Behind the Glory.

The untold tale of Balrog (known as M. Bison in Japan), the boxer from Capcom's Street Fighter series, comes alice in Balrog: Behind the Glory, a mock-documentary chronicling the life and times of the mostly antagonistic figure first introduced in 1991's all-time classic, Street Fighter II: The World Warrior. And mind you, this is an absolutely serious documentary chronicling the rise and fall of Balrog like any other documentaries on a real-life boxer that you can think of. Not to mentioned well-written by people who knew the back-story of the character, and well-acted by the actors involved, especially the actor who played Balrog's father.

Made by Chubby Boy Productions, Balrog: Behind the Glory debuted late last month at this year's Evolution Champion Series tournament. Comprised of fans of the Street Fighter series, Chubby Boy Productions intend to bring this documentary treatment to other characters of the the massive cast of the wildly popular fighting game series with enough fan support and YouTube subscriptions.

Hit the jump to check out Balrog: Behind the Glory and lend your support to a truly awesome fan project.
