Andrew Kolb's The Walking Dead

In his signature cartoony-style, artist Andrew Kolb takes on The Walking Dead.

Earlier today, we took a look at the newly-released poster of the season two of AMC's adaptation of Robert Kirkman's landmark zombie comic book series, "The Walking Dead". The image, as we mentioned earlier, is immediately reminiscent of the first poster of the season one where protagonist Rick Grimes rode his way into the ruined and empty city.

Having earlier amazed us with his ambitious retelling of David Bowie's "Space Oddity" in the form of a children's book, artist Andrew Kolb take on the gloomy image in The Walking Dead's first poster.

In Kolb's own words:

I use the term "fan" loosely as the show is great, but zombies are my greatest fear. There's no reasoning with them. None whatsoever.
