With next-to-zero funding, Texan independent filmmaker Polaris Banks pays tribute to the iconic Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle with this 35-minute fan film on one of the Turtles's closest friend, Casey Jones, the crazed, golf bag-carrying vigilante. With cameos from the Turtles and their nemesis, the short film certainly oozes vibes from the original TMNT films.
