This Halloween... Emily Carroll strikes (fear) again!

Last Halloween, Emily Carroll's horror webcomic sensation, "His Face All Red" is easily one of the highlights of the spooky season with us calling it, "an unassuming poignantly illustrated little tale that gradually, and steadily, spiral down to a conclusion of an unspeakable horror." The winner of Joe Shuster Award for Outstanding Web Comic Creator, Carroll has since went on to be one of the most prolific web comic creators in recent memory. With the All-Hallows-Even upon us, Carroll is back to bring us yet another haunting masterpiece.

Ready for a second round of deliciously macabre webcomic experience?

Entitled "Margot's Room," Carroll's latest webcomic is a five-part tale that kicked off late last month with Carroll furnishing with a new chapter every Friday until the end of October. However, there is an innovative structure for those who are keen to read the comic: With each week, a new line is added to the top of the page, forming into a poem. Within each respective new line lies a clue for the new chapter. It's nifty little game to play but trust us, it enhances the experience.

Nevertheless, for those who just want to dive in to the story skipping past the little deduction game, Carroll has posted the links to all chapters of the story right here with the conclusion of the comic.

In Carroll's own words:
"Just a heads up: it does contain horror elements, some sad stuff, and There Will Be (more) Blood."

Without further ado, hit the below link for an innovative webcomic experience like no other.
