At the Penny Arcade Expo (PAX), we have another close look at The Last of Us, one of the most hotly anticipated video games in 2013.

In our most recent entry on Naughty Dog's much-anticipated entry into the Survival Horror Action-Adventure genre, The Last of Us, We have seen an awesome trailer as well as gaining some intriguing insights behind the complex sequences of the motion-capture process of the game with the release of the behind-the-scenes featurettes at Gamescom.

In the recently-ended Penny Arcade Expo (PAX), we have yet another in-depth glimpse into the title with this cool new gameplay footage running more than fifteen minutes. Hit the jump to check out the clip.



Here's the official synopsis of the game:

The Last of Us is a genre-defining experience that blends survival and action elements to tell a character driven tale about a modern plague decimating mankind. Nature encroaches upon civilization, forcing remaining survivors to kill for food, weapons and whatever they can find. Joel, a ruthless survivor, and Ellie, a brave young teenage girl who is wise beyond her years, must work together to survive their journey across what remains of the United States.


Developed exclusively for Sony PlayStation 3 by Naughty Dog, The Last of Us is scheduled to be released some time in 2013.
