WATCH Marvel, an Awesome Homage to Marvel Comics

Posted by Grey Sunday, March 24, 2013

Excelsior! Prepare yourself for an awesome homage clip to Marvel, the former House of Ideas and the current manufacturer of the unstoppable money-printing machine known as Marvel Studios.

The phenomenal success of Marvel Studios has no doubt elevated the status of the once-bankrupt House of Ideas (financially, though many has contended that they are now bankrupt for ideas as well) tremendously with the ludicrously lucrative power of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Nevertheless, one cannot emphasize enough the importance of the decades of tireless efforts brought forth by generations of creators at Marvel Comics, which built up this incredibly enormous wealth of materials to draw on.

In this astonishing clip, animator BlackMeal gives Marvel Comics the ultimate tribute with this brief animated clip that could have served as the perfect opening studio logo at the start of any Marvel Studios' films. No matter if you are a keen student of pop culture or a self-respecting Marvel Zombie, hit the jump to check out the Marvellous clip.

The official description for the clip:

An homage to Marvel, which created most of the superheros who entertained generations of children and adults for more than 80 years.
