Okay, that does it. Based on what we just witnessed in the freshly-released gameplay trailer of Grand Theft Auto V,  the much-anticipated fifth installment in the critically acclaimed, best-selling Grand Theft Auto series is already the Game of the Year.

The last time we covered Rockstar's Grand Theft Auto V, we took a closer look at the three player controlled protagonists: Michael, Trevor and Franklin. While we have earlier opine that the
respective story arcs of the three lovable criminals will interconnect into a single cohesive story with three of them completing missions as a team, it appears that the collaboration goes much further than that in the freshly-released gameplay trailer. To top it all off, we finally have a better glimpse at the sheer scale of the title and It is truly massive. From the terrains involved to the active stock and property market in the gameplay for players to bet their hard-earned fortunes on, the much-anticipated fifth installment in the critically acclaimed, best-selling Grand Theft Auto series is shaping up to be one hell of an end to all your leisure time come September.

Hit the jump to check out the amazing trailer.

Grand Theft Auto V is currently scheduled to be released on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on September 17, 2013.
