Breaking Bad: Farewell Poster & Blu-ray Set

Posted by Grey Saturday, September 21, 2013

After the sense-shattering antepenultimate episode of Breaking Bad, "Ozymandias", AMC has released a special "farewell poster" to thank everyone that made what has eventually became one of the best television series ever possible.

Last Sunday's antepenultimate episode of Breaking Bad was easily one of the most powerful episode in the critically acclaimed series. Without getting into the spoilery details, we now know briefly what to expect from the penultimate and final episodes of arguably one of the very best television series ever. But then again, Breaking Bad is well-known for being unpredictable with its twists and I'm afraid we are in for one hell of a bumpy ride ahead, especially given the fact that both remaining episodes will be running at 75 minutes each (including the adverts).

As we find ourselves down on our last second week to the conclusion of Breaking Bad, hit the jump to check out this commemorative "farewell poster" made by AMC to thank everyone who made the show the success it is .

With the series coming to a close by the end of the month, there is one truth we know in the heart of hearts: We are getting the Blu-ray no matter how the dust settled in the series finale. Ever the shrewd merchant, AMC has released a press release announcing the Blu-ray collection of the entire series in a Barrel. For longtime fans of the series, the choice should not come as a surprise at all.

Here are the details from the official press release:
