In summary, the Batmobile Edition is the more expensive version with a "transforming" Batmobile statue while the cheaper Limited Edition comes with a Batman memorial statue. Both versions shared similar goodies in the form of an art book, Steel Book case, issue #0 of the Arkham Knight comic book, and an exclusive skin pack with three New 52 skins.
