Avengers: Age of Ultron - Extended Trailer

Can't get enough of the first trailer and the Comic-Con cut of the same clip for Marvel Studios' Avengers: Age of Ultron? Courtesy of South Korean giant conglomerate Samsung, here's yet another extended cut of the same trailer.

Undoubtedly, the first trailer of Avengers: Age of Ultron was phenomenal and totally worth the feverish hype it has garnered well before its surprise release last month. For those who missed out the original first screening of a clip that is the basis for the trailer at the San Diego Comic-Con, Marvel has also released the extended version of the clip later on (something that many of us Marvel Zombies have checked out numerous times). And now, courtesy of South Korean giant conglomerate Samsung, we get another extended version of the same trailer with some previously unnoticed items being highlighted (and we are not talking about the obligatory product placement with a Samsung building in peril that you can see in the clip). Without further ado, check out the equally awesome alternate trailer right below.

So what we are talking about up there when we mentioned previously unnoticed items? Mainly, the Asian damsel in distress standing right behind Thor in the very same jestful party at what we supposed is Tony Stark's penthouse.

Surprisingly, there was a mysterious guest at the much-talked-about party where everyone (almost) had a go at lifting Thor's mighty Mjölnir and we didn't even noticed. The actress has since been identified as one Claudia Kim Soo-Hyun (not to be mistaken with Kim Soo-Hyun, who is apparently the latest K-pop following his turn as an alien professor in a South Korean drama). However, the role she is playing here remained classified. Let the speculations begin.

And here are more pictures from the party with Claudia Kim's character at the far right in blue in the first picture, and standing behind Thor in the second picture.

Here's the official synopsis for the film:

Marvel Studios presents “Avengers: Age of Ultron,” the epic follow-up to the biggest Super Hero movie of all time. When Tony Stark tries to jumpstart a dormant peacekeeping program, things go awry and Earth’s Mightiest Heroes, including Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, The Incredible Hulk, Black Widow and Hawkeye, are put to the ultimate test as the fate of the planet hangs in the balance. As the villainous Ultron emerges, it is up to The Avengers to stop him from enacting his terrible plans, and soon uneasy alliances and unexpected action pave the way for an epic and unique global adventure.

Marvel’s “Avengers: Age of Ultron” stars Robert Downey Jr., who returns as Iron Man, along with Chris Evans as Captain America, Chris Hemsworth as Thor and Mark Ruffalo as The Hulk.  Together with Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow and Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye, and with the additional support of Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury and Cobie Smulders as Agent Maria Hill, the team must reassemble to defeat James Spader as Ultron, a terrifying technological villain hell-bent on human extinction. Along the way, they confront two mysterious and powerful newcomers, Wanda Maximoff, played by Elizabeth Olsen, and Pietro Maximoff, played by Aaron Taylor-Johnson, and meet an old friend in a new form when Paul Bettany becomes Vision.

Written and directed by Joss Whedon and produced by Kevin Feige, Marvel’s “Avengers: Age of Ultron” is based on the ever-popular Marvel comic book series “The Avengers,” first published in 1963. Louis D’Esposito, Alan Fine, Victoria Alonso, Jeremy Latcham, Patricia Whitcher, Stan Lee and Jon Favreau serve as executive producers. Get set for an action-packed thrill ride when The Avengers return in Marvel’s “Avengers: Age of Ultron” on May 1, 2015.

Avengers: Age of Ultron is currently scheduled for release on May 1, 2015 in 2D, 3D and IMAX 3D.
