Disappointed with what 2015 actually has to offer as compared to the awe-inspiring visions courtesy of Robert Zemeckis' seminal time-traveling epic, Back to the Future Part II? Well, at least we are certain you won't be disappointed with artist Matt Taylor's rendition of the sci-fi phenomenon of 1989.
It's 2015! Well, while the present doesn't exactly add up to the grandeur futuristic 2015 we were promised back in 1989, courtesy of Robert Zemeckis' seminal sci-fi time-travel epic, Back to the Future Part II, we should not be disheartened in setting the course straight right from this very minute. Faux positive social message aside, we are really talking about one of our favorite 1980s pop culture phenomenon in Robert Zemeckis' Back to the Future trilogy.
Previously, we have saw a good number of awesome homage art for the series from amazing artists the likes of Laurent Durieux, Tom Whalen, Phantom City Creative, and Andy Fairhurst (just to name a handful) and there is no doubt there are more to tap on in that well. Here to demonstrate this fact, artist Matt Taylor is here in collaboration with Mondo, the collectible art division of Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, to bring us not one but two cool renditions of the middle and what many called the very best chapter of the trilogy. Both prints will be available at a random time later today.
Check out the prints right below.
