Avengers: Age of Ultron by Tyler Stout &Hero Complex Gallery

Tyler Stout assembles the Marvel Cinematic Universe Avengers for the Age of Ultron. Excelsior!

Courtesy of good ol' dependable Tyler Stout, we now have not one but two version of the popular artist's rendition of the mighty Avengers from the Marvel Cinematic Universe, courtesy of Los Angeles' Hero Complex Gallery. Quite possibly one of the most divisive films of the year, Joss Whedon' second take of the mighty Avengers is full of characters, main plot, and sub-plots. While that might just be a tad bit overtly convoluted for the much-anticipated film's own good, it is the perfect recipe of what one come to expect from a typical Tyler Stout poster.

We have checked out Stout's take on the first film, so here's our look at his take on the second (both regular and variant) available online this coming Thursday at Hero Complex Gallery, with the options of regular (edition of 750 at 60 bucks) and variant (edition of 250 at 110 bucks) editions. You can check out both versions right below.

Yakuza Apocalypse (極道大戦争) : First Look - Zombie of the Week

Posted by The Daily Zombies

All-out Yakuza war, with an added element of vampire crime-lord. And a kung-fu fighting, ass-kicking frog mascot with the creepiest pair of mascot eyes we have ever seen. Consider us onboard with cul film-maker Takashi Miike's latest film, Yakuza Apocalypse .

From the cult psychological classic Audition, to controversial thriller Ichi the Killer,  light-hearted fare such as Zebraman and Yatterman, kid-friendly films like Ninja Kids!!!, live-action adaptations of licensed properties from video games and anime like Crows Zero, Yakuza: Like a Dragon, and Gyakuten Saiban (Ace Attorney), Takashi Miike remained as one of the most prolific film-makers in Asia who more importantly, managed to juggle both mainstream and cult films at ease. With Yakuza Apocalypse (極道大戦争), the prolific cult film-maker ventures yet again into one of the genres that he is more than familiar with: Yakuza. But not without a twist.

Giving the Yakuza action films a visceral twist typical of Miike, Yakuza Apocalypse chronicles the rise of a Yakuza crime-lord who inherit the leadership along with its curse: Being a vampire. Complete with vampiric bat wings. And to give the film a kick in the nut with the standard issue Miike craziness, there is a ass-kicking, kung-fu fighting frog mascot with one of the most creepy pair of mascot eyes you will ever get to check out. In a nutshell, brace yourself for some vintage Miike by checking out the trailer of the film right below.

Here are the posters for the film.

WATCH Key and Peele's Awesome Parody of Neil deGrasse Tyson

Posted by The Daily Zombies

"Well, actually..." Science has a reason to be as Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele's glorious parody of notable illustrate how Neil deGrasse Tyson "science" his way out of marital squabbles.

In the penultimate episode of Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele's popular sketch show on Comedy Central, we expect more than the usual hijinks and the dynamic duo certainly deliver in spades.

Apart from what could be the coolest parody take on Game of Throne, Key & Peele's absolutely faithful and inspired gag on Neil deGrasse Tyson's Cosmos was comedy gem depicting how the astrophysicist who have to walk the dog (Sputnik is the name of the dog by the way) nonetheless, coolly walked off from a series of petty, run-of-the-mill marital squabbles in his signature inspiring manner that we came to be familiar with in the documentary television series, Cosmos: A Spacetime Odyssey.

Check out all three segments right below courtesy of a dude who pulled the whole thing together on YouTube.

And here are some GIFs that we have gathered.
