WATCH Mad Max: Fury Road - 8 Bit Cinema

What if there is an 8-bit 90s-style racing/side-scroller hybrid game released for George Miller's sense-shattering action sci-fi epic, Mad Max: Fury Road?

Easily among this year's very best films, George Miller's Mad Max: Fury Road is truly a one-of-a-kind genre cinema that its very existence is a miracle in and of itself. Paying tribute to the epic sci-fi actioner, the folks at CineFix decided to take on the film and turn it into a NES-style racing/side-scroller hybrid video game in full 8-bit glory.

In retrospect, this makes perfect sense. After all, Fury Road is all about a very one-sided chase throughout the film which somehow makes a turn near the end. Perfect for side-scrolling action! Check out the clip embedded right below (spoiler alert for those who have not watched the film).
