With Spanish artist Guillem H. Pongiluppi's 501st Legion: Vader's Fist VS Space Cockroaches, we witness an astonishingly awesome illustration pitting the two of the most deadly scourges of any galaxy into the mother of all hellish war.

In this corner, we have Xenomorph XX121, better known as Alien, the endoparasitoid extraterrestrial species, the eponymous antagonist in 20th Century Fox's epic sci-fi horror film franchise.

In the other corner, we have Star Wars' very own Dark Lord of the Sith, Darth Vader himself, leading his personal elite division of Stormtroopers, 501st Legion, better known as Vader's Fist.

Being lifelong fans of both epic sci-fi franchises, we cannot help but bow down to the Spanish artist Guillem H. Pongiluppi for 501st Legion: Vader's Fist VS Space Cockroaches, his awe-inspiring cross-over project pitting Vader's Fist against the Xenomorph. And we also can't help but to say this: Let them fight!

Complete with some very helpful texts from Pongiluppi, brace yourself for these awesome illustrations from both seasons of the very aptly-titled 501st Legion: Vader's Fist VS Space Cockroaches.

It looks like there is a plague of Space Cockroaches at the LV-426 planet, also called Acheron by the colons. The authorities of that zone sent a group of Colonial Marines to exterminate the beasts, but it turned to be an absolute fail, and all the soldiers died. Now the Empire, tired of the problems that the plague is causing, has sent a detachment of Stormtroopers of the 501st Legion: Vader’s Fist: the pride of the Empire, the motherfuckers more badass of the galaxy. Would you like to know more? Join the Empire and together we will rule the galaxy!

The battle continues. Every soldier from the 501 is braver than 10 of those abominable creatures. They fight to the limit; but they don’t fight to survive, but for the pride of the Empire!

In the middle of combat the centurion Nelle Yelpir gets into the battle. She is an impeccable inquisitor, Darth Vader’s right hand and commandant of 501. Devoured by her laser, the maligned creatures fall on her feed.

The combat has been bloody and cruel… The 501 has fought with honor, but has fallen together with the creatures. There are only two figures standing: The inquisitor and the brave capitan Enyawd Skcih. Unfortunately the worst is yet to come.

The last man standing. On a mountain of death bodies, the mother queen of creatures stands for vengeance; a monster that has sprang up from the dark side of the force. The brave Capitan of 501 takes his blaster with strength on one hand, and with the other he proudly holds the legion standard. He will not give up on the creature. He will fight until the end.
But… what about the inquisitor Nelle Yelpir? Where is she? It will continue…

The brave soldiers of the 501st Legion: Vader’s Fist, the pride of the Empire, was fighting in the remote planet LV-426 against the Space Cockroaches. Every soldier from the 501 is braver than ten of those abominable creatures. But the beasts look like they are not giving up…

In the most critical moment of the combat, the dark lord Sith Darth Vader arrives. With the presence of their general, the brave soldiers of the 501st Legion feel stronger than ever.

Vader and the brave soldiers of the 501st Legion fight to exhaustion against these unmentionable creatures that seem tireless.

Vader decides to evacuate the last men of his beloved Legion at the exact moment that the mother of all monsters arrives. He is ready to confront her. Alone. Get away from my troops , bitch!!!

Peace is a lie, there is only passion.
Through passion, I gain strength.
Through strength, I gain power.
Through power, I gain victory.
Through victory, my chains are broken.
The Force shall free me.

To be continued...

R. Sikoryak's The Unquotable Trump

Posted by The Daily Zombies

Hot on the heels of Mark Hamill's nefarious and downright realistic take on Donald Trump's tweet, we now have the Presidential Elect's most infamous tweets further glorified to iconic status courtesy of artist R. Sikoryak's The Unquotable Trump

We all knew how the Presidential Elect of the Disunited States of America behave and talk like a two-bit, mediocre but nonetheless moronically evil petulant super-villain. Especially after how Mark Hamill reminded us through his astounding sub of Trump's New Year Day tweet as the inimitable Joker.

Now thanks to artist R. Sikoryak's The Unquotable Trump on Tumblr, we know perfectly how well Trump played to these villainous source of evil speeches to the super-villains we both loved and hated.
So without further ado, check these awesome mash-ups out right below.

Mark Hamill Reads Donald Trump's Tweet as The Joker

Posted by The Daily Zombies

When evil collides.... The ultimate in fictional evil lend some appropriate gravitas to the unapologetically inane words of the Presidential Elect of the Disunited States of America.

Well, I personally would have associated the upcoming presidential run of Donald Trump with Lex Luthor's (relatively) short turn as the President of the United States back in the early 2000s (remember Wayne Enterprise severing all business ties with the US government as a result of that?). But what the hell do I know until I encounter this tragically appropriate and nefarious soundbite.

We are all pretty used to Donald Trump shooting his mouth, and I truly believe he will keep hitting new lows that are out of comprehension. At the turn of the year, this was the garbage New Year's greeting message absolutely expected of the man.

Stupid? Checked. Passive-aggressiveness? Checked. A tinge of an unique mix of evil and stupidity? Unfortunately checked as well.

Matt Oswald, the brother of notable stand-up comedian and writer Patton Oswalt, took note:

And ever the awesome human (and incidentally Luke Skywalker himself), Mark Hamill responded, giving us an astonishing soundbite, reading out Trump's petulant tweet with the gravitas of quite possibly, the most iconic villain ever in pop culture, that he had a hand in creating:

Unfortunately accurate is my gut feel to that. Fingers crossed tightly for Hamill to cover Trump's inevitable State of the Union.
